Cancellation/Refund Policy

All requests for refund must be submitted by email to our Customer Support Center. Our refund policy varies based upon the circumstances. If any of the following has occurred no refund will be offered:

  • A customer has logged in and accessed the course
  • Thirty or more calendar days have elapsed from the purchase date of the course
  • Some exceptions may apply for uniform services personnel.
